A white cotton short sleeve romper with blue embroidery at the neckline, arms, chest and waist. Detail at the waist are actually eyelets that can support a sash. It closes with pearl buttons at the crotch and back. It measures 32" around the chest and 20" from shoulder to crotch. Hand wash.
