A boxy back button white blouse that features three arrow shaped appliques radiating from the band neckline that are just a shade darker, in ivory. The middle one had a row of tiny pearly plastic buttons. The short sleeves are cuffed and the neckline snaps in the back. The label reads, "Lord and Taylor Fifth Avenue" and it is sized a 16.
